Alleging that the official respondents are interfering with the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the fifth respondent, the petitioner is before this Court for appropriate relief.

3. Upon notice, the learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner was already evicted, based on the Civil Court's order in R.C.O.P.No.256 of 2009. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.
