Respondents PRAYER in W.P.(MD) No.4675 of 2013: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the order dated 05.12.2012 in MSU/R/ESTT/T/CAS/2012, issued by the 1st Respondent, promoting the Respondents 3 to 7 from Associate Professor to Professor, quash the same and direct the 1st Respondent to place the Petitioner's Performance Based Appraisal System proforma before the Selection Committee as per 6.3.1 of the UGC Regulation. PRAYER in WP.(MD) No.4676 of 2013: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records in orders dated 26.08.2010 in No. 1 36/2009 passed by the 3rd Respondent and order dated 26.02.
