ORDER

The petitioner approached the first respondent with a complaint that the respondents 2 to 4, who are the Mini Bus Operators, deviated the routes and violated the permit conditions. They have trespassed into the route permitted by the first respondent in favour of the petitioner for running the stage carriage permit. Even though he has made a representation for taking action against the respondents 2 to 4, no action was taken and hence, he preferred this Writ Petition for a direction, directing the first respondent to take appropriate action in this regard.

2. However, the factual position was objected to by the learned counsel for the respondents 2 and 4.

3. In view of the submissions made by the parties, a direction is given to the first respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 07.03.2013 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
