*********** The writ petitioner was holding the post of Lab Technician Grade-I and she was transferred form Government Hospital, Melur, Madurai District to Government Hospital, Ramanathapuram, Ramanathapuram District, in the existing vacancy. The learned counsel for the writ petitioner states that the order of transfer was issued on malafide grounds and more specifically at the insistence of the respondents 4 and 5, who were working as a Chief Medical Officer and Chief Civil Surgeon respectively. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. However, now after a lapse of 5 years, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the respondents 4 and 5 were transferred to some other places and therefore the grounds raised five years back, do not exist as of now. This apart, transfers being an incidental to service and the writ petitioner has continued in the same place for a considerable length of time. This Court is not inclined to consider other grounds raised in this writ petition.

3. Accordingly, this writ petition stands closed, however no order to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
