O R D E R

By relying on sale deeds dated 29.06.2000 and 21.03.2013 as also patta Nos.1366 and 4696, the petitioner had applied on 11.07.2025 for the conduct of a survey in respect of S.Nos.272/1 and 272/2B.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for both the respondents. He has handed over a notice in respect of a survey which is scheduled on 19.11.2025. He submits that such notice has also been issued to Manoharan and Sathappan, who are owners of adjacent lands. After considering objections, if any, he submits that the process would be concluded.

3. By taking note of this development, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to take further action pursuant to notice dated 13.11.2025 and conclude the process within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after considering objections, if any, from owners of relevant adjacent lands. No costs.
