This petition has been filed, seeking to direct the 1st respondent to act upon the request made by the 2nd respondent vide letter No.8917/L & O.C/2006-14 dated 09.05.2008 in connection with the case registered in 5th respondent police station in Crime No.86 of 2001.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also circulated a letter dated 14.06.2017 to the Registry in this regard apart from making an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle. He further submitted that this Court, by order dated 26.08.2014 directed the connected Crl.O.P.(MD) No.7595 of 2014 to be tagged along with this petition for hearing, which is not listed today and the same may be taken up for hearing on the date convenient to this Court.
3. Crl.O.P.(MD) No.7595 of 2014 is de-linked and W.P.(MD) No.4715 of 2013 is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
4. List Crl.O.P.(MD) No.7595 of 2014 for hearing in the usual course.
