2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that while typing the order copy, the petitioner's rank as an accused was not mentioned and the offences were wrongly stated.

3. In view of the above submission, Registry is directed to carry-out the following correction in the order copy dated 27.11.2025 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.20039 of 2025 and issue fresh order copy to the parties: i) In the cause title of the order dated 27.11.2025 the petitioner's rank shall be mentioned as third accused ii) The first paragraph shall be replaced as follows: ''The petitioner/A3, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 and 506(2) of IPC (Corresponding Sections 316, 318(4) and 351(3) of BNS, 2023, in Crime No.02 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
