petitioner and others, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 08.03.2013 before the official respondents and because of their inaction, the present petition came to be filed for the aforesaid relief.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Upon notice, the learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 08.03.2013 had already been considered and an order has already been passed, negativing his claim. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.
