*********** [Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.] The writ petitioner is aggrieved by the encroachment allegedly committed by the 6th and 7th respondents herein in Survey No.17/2 of Kokkulappi village in Ward No.22 of Madurai South Taluk.

2.The petitioner submitted the representation dated 04.02.2013. But, no action has been taken. Therefore this writ petition has been filed.

3.The second respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law in the said representation dated 04.02.2013.

4.The second respondent shall give notice to the 6th and 7th respondents before passing final order. The second respondent shall act in association with the third respondent. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
