Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Nos. 1 to 3 respondents herein not to interfere the civil dispute with regard to the land in T.S.No.1658/3D in which Plot No.15 to an extent of totally 8702 1⁄2 square feet, Dindigul Town, Dindigul District on the instigation of the fourth respondent herein.
