Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to demolish the building of the petitioner situated at Nehru Bazar, Sivagangai in conformity with section 218(2) of the District Municipalities Act, 1920 and in terms of the proceedings of the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.C4/590/2012 dated 15.02.2012 and consequentially direct the second respondent to provide adequate police protection with the period that may be stipulated by this Court.
