ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking to set aside the fair and decreetal order passed in I.A.No.11/2024 in O.S.No.35/2022 dated 03.01.2025 on the file of the Principle District Judge, Ramanathapuram.

2. An application was filed seeking to implead the official respondents as parties in the suit on the ground that the first defendant had executed a settlement deed in favour of the other defendants. In a suit for partition, the proposed respondents are not necessary or proper parties, as rightly held by the court below. If the petitioners want to restrain the defendants from alienating the property in any manner, it is 2/4

open to him to file the necessary application for an injunction against the defendants. In the absence of such necessity, impleading the official respondents is unwarranted, as they are neither necessary nor proper parties to the suit. The trial court has, therefore, rightly rejected the petitioners' application.

3. In view of the same, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 18.11.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No gvn 3/4
