PRAYER :- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to consider the representation dated 01.11.2025 and direct the respondent to consider the complaint dated 09.05.2024 within the time stipulated by this Honble Court. ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to register a case on his complaint dated 09.05.2024 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, would submit that on a similar complaint, an FIR has been registered in Crime No.3 of 2025, in which the petitioner has been shown as victim.
