O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the first respondent to take appropriate steps as per his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.6167/2012/F1 dated 15.02.2013 for evacuating and demolishing the dilapidated building viz., Sukumari Building situated at Door Nos.25 and 34, Business Complex, Karaikudi College Road, Karaikudi, Sivagangai District with adequate police protection by the respondents 3 and 4.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that as per the direction given by the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.6167/2012/F1 dated 07.12.2017, now the petitioner agrees to demolish the dilapidated building in question.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of, granting one month time from today to demolish the building in question. No costs.
