Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of MANDAMUS directing the 3rd respondent herein to consider the petitioners proposal dated 20.08.2025 and pass appropriate orders to accord prior permission to fill up the post of B.T.Assistant (English) and release the grant in aid to the Hindu Nadar Uravinmurai Committee Higher Secondary School, T.N. Pudhukudi, Puliyankudi, Tenkasi District within a time stipulated by this Honble Court and pass such other or further orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of this case and thus render justice. ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking direction to the 3rd respondent herein to consider the petitioner's proposal dated 20.08.2025 and pass appropriate orders to accord prior permission to fill up the post of B.T.Assistant (English) and release the grant in aid to the Hindu Nadar Uravinmurai Committee Higher Secondary School, T.N. Pudhukudi, Puliyankudi, Tenkasi District.

2. Even though the petitioner has sought for a positive Mandamus, it is seen that the petitioner has sent a proposal on 20.08.2025 seeking prior permission to fill up the post of B.T. Assistant (English). 3.In view of the same, the third respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's proposal dated 20.08.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
