This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the impugned FIR in Crime No.12 of 2025 on the file of the first respondent police

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the first respondent Police submitted that after completing the enquiry, the Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai, by way of e-filing in No.LTN20220001846C202500055 on 04.11.2025. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The learned Trial Court is directed to take the Final Report on file forthwith. Consequently, the connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
