ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2. 2.The petitioner is the purchaser of the petition mentioned property in an e-auction sale. Parallely the petitioner has also presented the same and sought its registration. The petitioner is said to have paid the stamp duty as well as the registration fees. It is the duty of the second respondent to register the document. The second respondent cannot go into the issue of valuation. The valuation set out in the sale certificate is binding on the registering authority. 2/4

3.The second respondent is directed to register the sale certificate in question and release the same to the petitioner. 4.This Writ Petition is allowed accordingly.
