ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed seeking orders to punish the contemnor/respondent for her willful and deliberate disobedience of the order of this Court passed in Crl.O.P(MD)No.16003 of 2024, dated 24.09.2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (ie., 11.02.2026), the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the property was already surveyed with the help of revenue records and the report was already filed.
