Heard both sides.

2.The writ petitioner's mother Mariyammal is said to have passed away on 06.02.2004. Her death was not registered immediately. The petitioner wants to register the same and also seeks issuance of death certificate. The second respondent is the authority competent to do so. The petitioner has already given representation to the second respondent. 3.The second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation by holding enquiry and pass a speaking order. This exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
