ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents 1 & 2 to take appropriate action as against the respondents 3 to 5 based on her representation dated 03.10.2025.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, would submit that based on the petitioner's complaint, an enquiry was conducted and the same was closed.

3.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed with a direction to the respondent police to forthwith communicate the result of enquiry to the petitioner. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the closure of the complaint, it is open to her to seek appropriate remedy in the manner known to law.
