Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.03.2013 and thereby to consider the proposal of the petitioner so as to settle the dues payable to the petitioner's customers in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court and further forbearing the respondents from taking any coercive action against the petitioner in pursuance of the peace committee meeting dated 29.12.2012.
