submitted a complaint / representation under Section 20(1) and (2) of Right to Information Act 2005, dated 16.04.2012. As the same is kept pending, without any action, the present petition came to be filed.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Upon notice, the learned counsel for the first respondent, on instructions, submitted that the representation of the petitioner has been considered and an order has already been passed as early as on 18.04.2013.

4. Recording such submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
