ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for R1 & R2. Issuance of notice to R3 is dispensed with.

2. The petitioner apprehends that the petition mentioned sale deed might be cancelled by the first respondent. It is well settled that once the document has been registered, the registering authority lacks the jurisdiction to cancel the same. The aggrieved party will have to go only before the jurisdictional civil Court. Therefore, there is no need to issue any direction as such. This writ petition has been filed on the strength of mere apprehension.
