This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the learned District Munsif Court, Vedasandur, Dindigul District, to dispose of the O.S.No. 166 of 2012, within stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2. In a suit for declaration and consequential permanent injunction which has been taken for trial as early as in the year 2019, even though included in the special list, had been repeatedly adjourned, there shall be a direction to the learned District Munsif, Vedasandur, Dindigul District to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.166 of 2012 as expeditiously as possible, however, not later than six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
