Alleging that the order of this Court dated 02.06.2025 passed in W.P.(MD) No.13714 of 2025 has not been complied with, the petitioner has come up before this Court with this Contempt Petition.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the order dated 02.06.2025 passed in W.P.(MD) No.13714 of 2025 has been duly complied with. A copy of the proceedings dated 15.12.2025 bearing Na.Ka.No.212/20252/Aa2 passed by the respondent has been produced before this Court.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Contempt Petition is closed.
