ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents herein to consider, dispose of and pass orders forthwith on the representation of the petitioner, dated 26.02.2013.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the representation of the petitioner dated 26.02.2013 has already been considered and a reply was sent to the petitioner vide office letter in Lr.R.No.9214/A1/2013, dated 16.05.2013.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives in the writ petition and the relief sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous.

4. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
