ORDER

This writ petition has been filed, seeking to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate action against the fifth https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent for his illegal collection in the name of Arulmigu Chelli Amman Temple and Ayyanar temple based on the representation of the petitioner dated 04.07.2012.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the fifth respondent has submitted that the fifth respondent is reported to be dead and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.

3. In view of the above submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
