This writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the second respondent to implement the orders passed by the first respondent in O.A.No.5 of 2012 dated 21.09.2012 with letter and spirit and to distribute the sale proceeds to the members of the petitioner association in full, according to their original deposits.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that action has already been taken to implement the orders passed by the first respondent to distribute the sale proceeds to the members of the petitioner association and therefore, nothing survives in the writ petition for adjudication. 3.Recording the said submission, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, MP(MD)No.1 of 2013 is closed.
