Writ Petitions under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to regularize the service of the petitioner in the post of computer instructor by absorbing the petitioner in the post and consequently direct the respondent to give all consequential monetary and service benefits to the petitioner. For Petitioners in both the cases : Mr.M.Gnanagurunathan For Respondents in both the cases : Mr.M.Muthu Spl. Government Pleader COMMON ORDER Heard Mr.M.Gnanagurunathan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr.M.Muthu, Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

2.When the writ petition came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the claim of the writ petitioners in these writ petitions is to regularize their services. However, during the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioners were terminated from service.

3.Thus, no further adjudication is required in respect of the grounds raised in these writ petitions. Accordingly, these writ petitions stand closed.
