ORDER

The above writ petition has been filed for the following relief:- "Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to issue order to the 2nd respondent to stop all the further proceedings with regard conducting auction sale notice dated 23.10.2025."

2. Mr.N.Dilip Kumar, learned counsel takes notice behalf of the respondent 2nd respondent.

3. By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

4. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent Bank on instructions would submit that the jewels subject matter of jewel loan in Sl.No.1, 2 and 4 of the paragraph no.1 of the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition have already been sold out and the remaining jewels which is detailed in S.No.3 and 5 shall be released to the petitioner subject to the petitioner paying the outstanding loan amount.
