ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble P.VELMURUGAN J.) This petition has been filed to dispense with the production of certified copy of the Award in M.C.O.PNo.2084 of 2021, on the file of the Special District Court, Madurai.

2. Since the award passed on 25.09.2024, in order to escape from the Execution Proceedings, the petitioner has filed the present petition. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to allow this petition.
