ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for direction to the respondents 3 and 4 not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. The petitioner had earlier approached this Court with a similar prayer in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.17580 of 2025. This Court, vide order dated 15.10.2025, had directed the petitioner to appear before the fourth respondent on summons with further direction to the fourth respondent to complete the enquiry and disposed of the petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner had never appeared for enquiry, though three summons were issued for his appearance.

4. In the light of the above submission, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
