Respondents This Writ Petition has been filed praying for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the election notification under Notification Number Nil dated 05.03.2013 issued by the 1st respondent and to quash the same as far as the 2nd respondent election is concerned and direct the respondent to include the petitioner's name in the voter's list enabling him to file nomination and further direct the respondent to receive and consider the nomination of the petitioner for the said election by extending the date of filing the election nomination through fresh notification.
