ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondent to execute the Non Bailable Warrant issued on 03.06.2024 against Accused No.3 in C.C.No.185 of 2024 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court I, Madurai City.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the respondent Police has not received the copy of the said warrant so far.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, the learned Judicial Magistrate Court I, Madurai City, is directed to serve a copy of the said warrant to the respondent Police within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Thereafter, the respondent shall execute the said warrant as against the third accused immediately. 2/4

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
