This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry by considering the petitioner's representation dated 07.11.2025.

3. In view of the above submission, the direction sought for by the petitioner cannot be issued. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
