ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondents to re-investigate Crime No.85 of 2024 on the file of the third respondent on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 01.09.2025.

2. Admittedly, the investigation in Crime No.85 of 2024 is still pending. It is the grievance of the petitioner/defacto complainant that only two persons have been named in the FIR and that one more person is also involved in the occurrence.

3. It is needless to say that during the course of investigation, if the third respondent finds that any other person is involved in the alleged occurrence, they may add the said accused in the final report. Hence, the prayer in the petition is misconceived. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
