ORDER

This petition filed seeking direction to the respondent Police to file the final report in Crime No.63 of 2024 for the offence under Sections 147, 294(b), 342, 355, 323, 379 and 506(i) of IPC (U/S. 191(2), 296(b), 127(2), 133, 115(2), 303(2) and 351(2) of BNS,2023, on the file of the respondent Police. 2.Mr.P.Kottaichamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police on instructions, submitted that the investigation in Crime No.63 of 2024 has been completed and the same was closed as "Mistake of Fact", on 28.02.2025.

3.However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not been served with any RCS notice. 4.In view of the above, the respondent Police is directed to file RCS before the learned trial Court forthwith.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
