ORDER

The above petition has been filed seeking orders to relax the condition No.7(b) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.A.(MD)No.1084 of 2025 dated 16.10.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are complying with the condition from 24.10.2025 till today, without fail. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would also concede the same.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that after completing the investigation, charge sheet 2/4

came to be filed and the same was taken on file in Spl.S.C.No.55 of 2025 on the file of the Special Court for the Exclusive Trial of SC / ST cases, Srivilliputtur, Virudhunagar District.

5. Considering the above, the condition No.7(b) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.A.(MD)No.1084 of 2025, dated 16.10.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear and sign before the trial Court at 10.30 a.m. on first and third Monday of every month until further orders. All other conditions in the said order shall remain unaltered.

6. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
