ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the first respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that an enquiry was pending against the petitioner on the complaint given by one Shanthini and that the said complaint has been closed.

3. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is still called for enquiry and that the respondents are forcing him to execute certain documents.

4. It is needless to say that the respondents shall not interfere in any civil dispute and since no complaint is pending against the petitioner, the respondent Police shall not call the petitioner for enquiry.

5. With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
