ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry by considering his representation dated 06.11.2025.

2. When the petitioner had approached this Court earlier in Crl.O.P. (MD).No.16443 of 2025 with a similar prayer, this Court had directed the petitioner to appear for enquiry on 22.10.2025 and further directed the respondent Police to complete the enquiry within a period of two weeks from 22.10.2025.

3. It is seen that the respondent Police have still not concluded the enquiry. The respondent Police ought not to have prolonged the enquiry. In any case, they have violated the earlier directions of this Court to complete the enquiry within a period of two weeks. Hence, there shall be a direction to the respondent Police not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
