ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondent to comply with the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli in 1/4

Cr.M.P.No.31068 of 2023 dated 26.02.2024, directing further investigation in Crime No.45 of 2018 by the respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that further investigation would be completed within a period of two months.

3. In view of the above submission, the respondent is directed to complete the further investigation in Crime No.45 of 2018 and file the final report within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
