This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the impugned FIR in Crime No.230 of 2025 on the file of the respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the investigation is completed and a final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi through e-filing and the same is yet to be taken on file.
