The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to conduct an enquiry and take appropriate action on the petitioner's complaint dated 24.09.2025.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the complaint lodged by the petitioner, an FIR was registered in Crime No. 203 of 2025. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
