ORDER
The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent police to give adequate police for his life and limp and for ruining the association peacefully based on his complaints dated 30.10.2025 and 10.11.2025. 2.It is a case of the petitioner that he is a Secretary of the Labour Union called 'Lorry and Motor Vagana Sumai Thokkum Tholilar Sangam'; that the members of the Union are not employed by the company and that the company, Dalmia Cement, is engaging outsiders for the loading and unloading of materials; that a dispute arose; and that the petitioner sent a representation seeking to give adequate police protection for their life and limp and to safe guard their right. 3.There cannot be any direction to the police to ensure that the petitioners, who are the members of the Labour union are employed by the company. However, it is stated that in a writ petition filed by the 2/4
Company in W.P(MD) No.1927 of 2025, this Court had directed the respondent police to take action after hearing all the parties concerned. The petitioner, may participate in the enquiry that has been directed to be conducted. In view of the same, no orders are required in this petition. 4.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
