(Order of the Court was made by C.V.Karthikeyan, J.) The learned Additional Public Prosecutor forwarded a copy of the death certificate of the detenue Joseph Alwin George, the husband of the petitioner herein.

2. A perusal of the death certificate shows that he had died on 30.07.2025.

3. In view of that particular fact, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
