Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents herein to take necessary action on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 17.12.2024 in CSR.No.1099/2024 issued by the 2nd respondent police within the time stipulated by this Court. ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents herein to take necessary action on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 17.12.2024 in CSR.No.1099/2024 issued by the second respondent police.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner's complaint was enquired into and the same was closed.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition stands closed with direction to the respondent Police to serve the closure report on the petitioner forthwith.
