2. In the order dated 08.12.2025, the petitioner was directed to deposit a sum of Rs.20 lakhs by way of security. However, due to an inadvertent mistake, the amount was mentioned as Rs.2 lakhs.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that, as per the order of this Court, the petitioner has already deposited a sum of Rs.2 lakhs.

4. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to deposit the remaining sum of Rs.18 lakhs by way of security on or before 28.01.2026. Upon such deposit, the amount shall be reinvested in the Indian Bank attached to this Bench.

5. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary correction and issue a fresh order copy.
