This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No. 13631 of 2025 dated 29.08.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that charge sheet [E.file] has been filed.

4. Since charge sheet has been filed the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No. 13631 of 2025 dated 29.08.2025 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court as and when required. However, the petitioner will not intimidate the victim in house, school and in public places.
