ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.SUDHAKAR,J) The petitioner has filed this writ petition, praying for a direction to the 1st respondent, the District Collector, Kanyakumari District, to initiate action, in accordance with law, on his representation, dated 03.11.2011, wherein he has alleged that the 2nd respondent is causing noise pollution, by using loudspeakers, thereby the studies of school going children is affected. 2.Though this writ petition is of the year 2013 and this Court directed the petitioner to serve notice on the 2nd respondent, as early as on 05.04.2013, the petitioner has not taken any steps to serve on the 2nd respondent. No proof is filed. It shows that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case. Writ petition is dismissed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

However, if the petitioner feels that the grievance still persists, he is at liberty to approach the authorities, once over again. No order as to costs.
