O R D E R
The present writ petition has been filed seeking to quash the order passed by the first respondent herein, wherein the first respondent has been called upon to furnish suitable explanation for suppressing his involvement in a Criminal Case.

The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the third respondent brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner has been implicated in a criminal case in Crime No.278 of 2017, on the file of the third respondent police, which has culminated in filing of a charge sheet in C.C.No.140 of 2018, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kuzhithurai and also further brought to the notice of this Court that NBW has been issued as against the petitioner on 06.12.2025.

3. The petitioner's passport is about to expire on 27.01.2026. Therefore, the petitioner shall return to India and appear before the concerned trial Court and get his Non-Bailable Warrant recalled. After NBW is recalled, the petitioner is entitled to file an application seeking permission of the Court to go abroad. Depending upon the order to be passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kuzhithurai, the second respondent is directed to consider the request of the petitioner for renewal of passport.
4. With the above said observation, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
